Venue Fundraising

Hello everyone!

I've been looking for a part time job all summer, I've been applying through sites such as Indeed and gumtree along with personally going into stores and asking. Recently I got a call from Venue Fundraising, they have offered me a job interview. I was wondering if it's a good student job, I've heard before that fundraising jobs aren't as promising as they sound. Anybody got any thoughts?
Could I ask how this went? I have also just been offered an interview but very wary.

Hi Justjelly! I never went as I wasn't sure on the actual job and certainty that I would get paid (I've heard some fundraising jobs don't actually pay you as they promise) so I applied to actual stores :biggrin: I'm sorry I'm not much of a help :P

Hi people . i work for venue fundraisers and have been for couple months nows . its an amazing company . best move ive ever done . its commision pay . but so easy as the charitys ur working for are also amazing i have made team leader so quickly . u get out of the job wat u put in . i give my best everyday knowing im paying my bills and also helping disabled people .money is fantasic . hope this helps xxz
