Dinner and drinks probably, I think it's a nice way to just sit and chat. Doing something a bit more different/unique is better for the second date I think. :h:

not everyone drinks. some people dont need drinks to talk.

that gives you a chance to get closer together.

it gives you a good chance to get to know the person quietly without the noise of a bar.

its unique.

Go to a quiet bar.
The drinks are not for making people talk, they just take place at a neutral (and safe) location where there is slight distraction from any potential awkwardness.
The stargazing is what people on here might say, or what a hallmark card might have. It is good when you are actually going out with the person though!
Second a walk in the countryside.

Followed by a cuddle in a field somewhere. :daydreaming:
