Consider yourself lucky that girls will grind you like that. It happened to me once and I got a big huge honking boner right in the middle of the dance floor (well not quite the middle but hardly a secluded spot). She must have noticed but she didn't seem to mind. If you are that worried about it get really drunk so it won't be so much of a problem.
