boot polishing help..

I have polished my boots that i have got from prtc and accidentally polished the rubber welt around the outside of the boot before the sole. Was this right or wrong. If wrong how do I correct it....

It's neither.

Nobody will notice. It's rubber, not as if it's going to stain. If you're really bothered, wipe it off with a cloth. But really, of all the worries to have, this is not one of them.

You don't need to bull them like u do the shoes. I polished the rubber on mine. Can't tell the diff. Unless u use black polish haha.
