Here i will post my day by day progress 5x5 stronglift program suggested by BKS
I have started 5x5 stronglift program on 12 August 2014 as u suggest. The starting status is:
Date: 12/08/2014
A workout
Squat 5x5 30kg
Bench 5x5 30kg
Barbel row 5x5 30kg
weight will be added next time accordingly to program.
As suggested by 5x5 stronglift program. Let us see where i am after 12 week . I will update here a day bye day stat.
