Unexpected Edexcel History results

I took Edexcel history 2 and just scraped an A overall but my class results are very strange. 2 of the cleverest girls got Bs when they got all high As in their other subjects and got high As in their history mocks too when our teacher is a harsh marker. I did the best in the exam I came out of upset and got a low B in the exam I thought went well so I must just not be good at judging marks but the marking does seem very weird this year.
