I was wondering am 16 will i be able to make a paypal account?????:rolleyes::confused:
rumours say no i have to be 18 and some say i can???????:rolleyes:

Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (persons under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the PayPal Services.
But because the company is an unscrupulous cowboy outfit thousands of under age kids have accounts.

I'm sure they have some sort of student account you can make.

Oh right.. so when u filled in the online application form did it allow you to make a paypal account-knowing ur date of birth? :smile:
