Why do Sheffield even have an AS requirement!!!!

So gutted I can't apply there anymore, was going to be my first choice. I received ABBC in my results yesterday and the minimum needed was ABBB I think :frown:
It's perfectly reasonable to set a cutoff of ABBB. A student achieving this (or below) is less likely to be able to achieve the AAA needed, and end the end of the day Medicine is a competitive subject, so they can have high requirements. There are plenty of other med schools :smile:
