dsa mentor unsuitable

Hello
I am doing to start a university teaching course. I have a mental and physical disability.

The problem I face is I can not find any mentors in my field. I learnt my makeup from three different tutors and I kinda make up the way I achieve a look instead of following a routine.
With my mental health disability I find it difficult to put into words how I do my work plus my ways changes all the time.
I have tried to custom a routine but I get very confused.

I wanted a mentor to help put all me knowledge into stages so I can teach my student on my work placement without confusing them or me.

The mentor needs to have good knowledge of my art or it would not help. I can find no mentors would DSA allow me to either take one on one sessions (these would be expensive) or short courses ( less expensive) as I can't find a mentor?

anybody?
I'm not sure I really understand the question I'm afraid. As far as I am aware, mentors operate on a one to one basis anyway.
