Yeah, 34B isn't big really. If you actually were big, I'd have said weight loss if you were generally big (I went down from a 36D to a 34C at the same time as going down a clothes size) and also one of those reductor bras from M&S. I have one of those, but I don't think they make them any smaller than a C.
Seriously, I'm happy being a C because D is too big. B would suit me just fine. It's a good size to be IMHO - ie: you still have boobs but they're not big and annoying and in the way...
