Do employers look at the university you went to if you studied maths? Will you be able to get a job if you did not go to a Russell group uni and studied maths at a different uni?
Bearing in mind that the vast majority of Maths graduates from non-Russel group universities are not unemployed, yes, you will be able to get a job. Or rather, you've still got a good chance of getting a job. Obviously, it depends on you as an individual.
