A2 Sociology - Outline and asses features of an ideal school

This is the essay question that I need to produce 2000 words on to be able to re-enrol to A2 sociology, based on two weeks of A2 sociology classes we did before summer on the history of education. I have checked for help on this question, but it seems like there has never been any past papers with this question or anything like this question so I don't understand why he has given us a pointless essay to do. I don't know how to answer it because he was teaching us the history of education, not ideal features of a school and I'm so pissed off at him. He wants 6-8 features of an ideal school stated, explained and evaluated, along with sociological theories (I can find the theories), such as curriculum, discipline policies, purpose of education, should it benefit individual or society, is it government funded, can any student attend, etc. Can someone please help me with these features? If it's possible, just tell me some ideal features so I can assess them for the essay.
