Can I stay with a host family and go to sixth form somewhere else in England?

So my dream is to study sixth form near the coast. However I don't live by the coast, I live in the opposite direction!!! But I had this idea: that I could go to sixth form by the sea and stay with a family whilst I'm studying there. I already live in England so it's not like I'll have to learn English or anything :P

Does anyone know If this is a reasonable thing to do? I understand there will be a cost involved etc, but it's what I want to do!

Does anyone know of a website or company that I can use or look at?

Any help or advice is accepted!!!

PS I would love to go to Cornwall :wink:

you're better off staying put for sixth form as it's only a couple of years and then considering moving to a coastal location when deciding your university!!

England is an Island, the opposite direction to the coast is another coast...
