I've had a mental health assessment for nursing, after a psychotic illness.

they'll want to know whether you're stable now/getting help/medicated even. They're not looking to kick you out, just to make sure you won't be stressed out too much (it is uni after all) and be able to take care of yourself and patients.

Their main aim is to HELP you while you're doing your course. I would be very surprised if they say no to you. As long as you can show them you are making the effort to stay well then they should be fine!
