I'm going in to A2 and have changed my mind about what I want to study?

This is really difficult. Ive just done my AS in film, history of art and textiles. I always wanted to do history of art at uni. I'm dropping textiles (I did awful in that but got A and B in the others) and my college is letting me do English literature alevel in one year.
Hopefully you're still with me...
My biggest regret has always been not pursuing english lit so i'm happy they're letting me do it. I've always wanted to be an english teacher.
I'm thinking it would be good to do an English lit degree, but how is that possible? I mean how could I apply when I don't have the AS yet? I'll have the full Alevel at the end of this year but I'm not sure how i'd explain that to a uni when I don't yet have a predicted grade? I'm going to speak to my teacher about this but wanted to know what anyone else would do in this situation? Do you think it's possible to apply when I don't yet have the AS? oh god...
