Should I get a remark?

I got 1 ums off a B in English gcse. I just finished my AS now and I'm planning to apply for medicine and I need at least a B in English. Should I get a remark or AQA is too greedy and they will lower my grade ?

Thank you ! I will do it next week :smile: hopefully they will be in a good mood when marking my paper ^^ if not I screwed up totally
