dissertation ideas help!

Hi,

I am doing a masters in Occupational Psychology at a business school.
I am struggling to decide on a topic because I am ridiculously indecisive. I am wanting to do a qualitative study on the creative process and perhaps involve some other kind of factor like affect (but I don't want to do affect...). Does anyone have any ideas?
I wanted my topic to be broadly relevant to a lot of business/workplace needs. So I figured it is a desirable trait..to be creative and so wondered what types of thinking is creative and what are not...and how to get people to think creatively...But I think the design sounds too basic.



Help much appreciated. :smile:
