Disappointing films!!

Hey! How many films can you name that got so much hype but left you feeling disappointed?

Bourne Legacy. Jeremy Renner was the perfect replacement for Matt Damon and Ed Norton should have made a great villain, but the film bored the **** out of me. Even the 2 action sequences weren't enough to keep me awake.

The Purge

Cool concept, terrible execution. The characters were all ridiculously two dimensional and I didn't care about them in the slightest. Some of the scenes with the bad guys looked really contrived as well and kinda destroyed the realism.

I guess you could say it [stares at camera] wasn't very down to Earth.

Missing what? I'll admit that the end wasn't the best though imo.

These awful Hobbit films.
The first Hobbit film. I had low expectations for the second one, so it didn't leave me with quite the same level of disappointment that the first one did. They are nowhere near as good as LOTR - they are mediocre to poor films as opposed to possibly the best film trilogy ever made.

Mrs Browns Boys D'Movie. Liked the TV show, absolutely despised the film.

I gave up on American Hustle after like 10mins. Was so bored by it.
Hobbit films are like most of these remakes/reboots/sequels/prequels. They are just made for the sake of money.
definitely single mom's club ,was looking forward it as well.
The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians) and the 2nd half of the 7th Harry Potter or the 8th movie. The former had so many difference from the book that it took away almost everything that made the first book great and the latter was just anti-climactic. I mean, you would expect some great battle between Harry and Voldemort but it was just sad, heck the battle between Harry and Draco in the second movie was better.

P.S.

No offence intended and it's just my opinion.

P.P.S.

Sorry for the horrible grammar

22 Jump Street.

Ender's Game, the film was nowhere near as dark as the book.

The Golden Compass, it did so much right, that the things it messed up are all the more baffling and annoying.
