Possibly failed first year Actuarial Science- Options?

So I'm first year actuarial science at Cass, but I failed my statistics exam in may and had to retake it yesterday. I feel like I've passed, but there's always the possibility I've failed as my exam performance is always a bit hit and miss.

I've done well in almost all the other subjects with my grades being in the 70's and one in the 50's, and my coursework grade for stats is high enough that even with the exam fail I still was over 40% average. But cass specifies 40 in the exam or termination from the course.

Would I be able to apply to transfer to second year on a different course at cass or perhaps a different university if i was able to get my transcripts etc and show my first year work?

Or will my only options be give up or redo first year?

I have also posted this in the city university forum.
