Is it pointless?

Hello, in my GCSE's I was determined to get a B in maths, but actually I got a C. I was devastated as it meant not only could I do maths, but also ruined my dreams of pursuing physics (which I got an A in) as you need a B in maths for study at A level.
But I was wondering, if I put more effort into revising for maths alongside my A levels for the exam in November, can I join my original desired A levels after Christmas (if I find out then), with the condition of catching up, or will it be too late?

Thank you for reading!
If you where close to a B in maths they should definitely accept you, also because of your brilliant physics grade it shows you're obviously good at the subject!
I was in the same position and just rang up my school, I was 1 mark off a B and it got sorted & changed!
Ring you're secondary school just to see how close you where and see the potential of a remark and discuss it with sixth form. You definitely should be able to(:

Well done by the way!
