What do you refuse to do at a gym?

For me it's running on a treadmill as i get sick on it because I run actually roads and pavements.

So what do you NOT do at a gym?

Those hulk-looking weights at the end of the room...
Nothing is off limits lol, sometimes if I see a new machine or something I kinda wanna do (like bicep curls) I just bang out a quick set in my rest

Although I'm not a big fan of stationary cycles

At Bloomsbury, all the lockers have girls' names. I refuse to use any that have names the same as people I don't like.

I can only do 50 pound in biceps curls, is that a little less?

in one hand?

or do you mean a barbell?

To answer the question, I don't walk around naked, and dry my balls using the hand dryer in the men's changing room.

The machine one

oh right

I'm not sure how good they are for progressive overload, but they give a very nice pump.
Some leg machines are a bit baffling, adjusting all the settings but I give everything a go.

I only lift at gym as I can run and cycle outside of the gym. IMO.
The elliptical. I just cannot do it for the life of me.

I hate it because of pacing as you MUST adjust manually.
wbu?
I refuse to take pictures of myself in the mirrors like the self-obsessed, vain losers that always seem to be in the gym at the same time as me.
