Beans and pulses are a huge source of protein, alongside Tofu which is lovely when you fry them with different infused oils.

I have a brilliant meal with rice udon noodles, tofu, edamame beans in a sesame, onion and garlic stir fry sauce that makes me melt whenever I think of it.
