Perhaps you should just get a good bra , if you feel it is a weight issue maybe you should ask your GP to refer you to a dietitian who can offer you specialist advice on foods that may help. Although I am thinking this sagginess may just be a natural part of yourself, so don't do anything too drastic. I am assuming you are a young woman so a good diet and exercise should be all you need.

However, I am male so maybe a female will be able to give you better advice through experience also your breasts are quite a large size so as I said before it may just be a natural change due to their size.

That is 34DD from a site called brabandproject - i.e. accurate sizes.
If you're having trouble when they're that size then well; there is no hope.
I am proper envious. I have tiny little B cups. Anyway, invest in a good bra. It's not that big of a deal really gravity is a real thing and it'll get to us all.
Increase your chest and back muscles it will pull them up
I'd buy a good bra, maybe even a sports bra, to keep them from sagging further. You can also buy breast firming creams but I have no idea if they work or not. The unfortunate reality is that large boobs react to gravity, and eventually sag. Start saving up for a breast tightening/reduction, it's sadly the best option for us bigger chested girls x

Lift weights and focus on your chest

Stop using push up bras (more they're pushed up, the lower they'll fall)

Use weights to gain more muscle = less fat and more perk

Be happy you have boobs and don't worry about it!

Do chest workouts, I.e bench press, cable flys, dumbbell press , pec fly chest press and this should help to an extent

Are they really "saggy" or is gravity just working on them because of the weight. The boobs you see on tv and in magazines are photoshopped and unrealistic or inside a lifting/enhancing bra. I'm sure your boobs are completely normal.

How should this help?

Well, if you think of this way, when girls do toning exercises etc that target specific area - like their butt, it 'lifts' it up.
So I imagine it would have the same effect if you work on your chest muscles.
That and like everyone else said, invest in a good bra.

that will have a minimal effect as it sound s like her Cooper's ligament has been stretched.
