Background reading for Biomedical Science?
I am looking to study Biomedical Science at university and am looking to apply to: Durham, Imperial, York, St. Andrew's and Newcastle.
I am just wondering what book should I read for background reading to put on my personal statement, to prove I have an interest in the subject and that I conduct independent research into it.
