If someone has sex in a country...

If I was 15 and I went on holiday to a country where the age of consent is 15 and I had sex am I breaking the law?

The age of consent is 15, the age of consent in the UK is 16.

The law it refers to is s.72 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, as elaborated on by Schedule 2, which makes it clear that s.5-19 are covered by the provisions of s. 72. The upshot of which is, you can't bang kids abroad withour fear of prosecution in the UK.
