Is it normal to pay nearly £6000 a year for accomodation - Broadgate Park
I just received an offer yesterday for broadgate park (studio) accommodation and the fee is nearly £6000. I just want to know if this is actually normal, its a lot of money and over my maintenance loan. Anyone else pay this much or close?

As its a studio flat its not too abnormal

Nottingham writes the fees on their website:

It shouldn't differ from the fees you have to pay.
