Need help ranking these postgraduate programs

So I already have a list in mind but I don't want to apply to more than 5 universities for an MSc taught program.

Please help me rank these programs according to you knowledge or opinion.
Please rank it solely based on program quality, reputation, honors.
Also, it would be nice if you can give me your reasons about why you think of them your way.

UCL-Pharmacogenetics and stratified medicine
York - Bioscience Technology
Sheffield - Biological and Bioprocess Engineering
Surrey- Systems Biology
Glasgow - Biotechnology

Only 2-3 of these will be on my final list.

You're listing some quite different subjects. Your first consideration should be what you want to do with the Masters qualification. You need the one which best leads into your chosen career path. Which has the modules which best address your personal interests and career aspirations?

Why don't you apply all and choose later?

Stop with the ranking obsession. this is a specialist subject, you really should go with FIT.

It's because all of these have overlapping modules that I am interested it. I have had this list since last month but I can't seem to figure it out. I don't think I'll apply to all because that means a lot of time and money on the applications and the worst part is I still have to make a decision anyway and that would be even harder. I thought I would get some good opinion asking here because the people whom I asked were advertising their programs and their universities so I don't feel like I get an honest opinion.
Why would it be a lot of money? Applying for postgraduate is free.

It is hard for anyone else to rank to programmes because postgraduate is so specialised- two courses that are simmilar may rank completely differently for two different people who want different things from it.

It might be free at some universities but because I am an international applicant, so I still have to pay the fees.
Which course interests you most? The perceived brand name of the University is not the way to choose a postgrad course.

Not always. A number of universities have fees, usually around £50 per application. Not sure about those on the OP's list.
