I was wondering if you could help, I applied for student finance back in early May but did not hear anything back. Eventually I rang up to find that there was an potential issue with the Passport details I had sent. It was said that they will have it re-assessed but I could also send in my birth certificate in as proof of identity as well if I wanted as it could be verified quickly. I sent it off a couple of weeks and yet still have not heard anything back. I'm starting to get very worried as its getting very close to enrollment, is there anything more I can do or will it not get done in time?

I have just rung up Student Finance and discovered that they have no trace of me sending in anything.
