Dentistry: Are my GCSE mark good enough;

Just got my GCSE results; and they were not what I expected them to be. I’ve got:
A in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Physics, French;
B in RS, Classics, English Literature, Geography and
C in English Language.

I am planning to do Biology, Chemistry, maths and Physics for AS.

The equation I have is my CGSE results good enough or do I need to re-sit them?
Your C in English language is a big problem.

Your GCSEs are definitely far below average and so you need to smash your AS results and UKCAT to bring your application up to par.

The link below is a really good summary of dental school requirements. (though it is a year out of date Cardiff now require A grade GCSEs for science, maths and English; Leeds require BMAT)

All the information you need about grade and other requirements is out there.....the easiest way to research dental schools is to go on UCAS course search for dentistry and for more detailed info follow the links to the dental school web sites.
