Due to personal reasons i won't be living in the house for the upcoming year. There are 5 other tenants living there and studying at leeds met, all males. the house is around a 15 minute walk from the headingly campus and around a 15 minute walk to the city campus. The rent is £1108.05 to be paid on 22/09/14, 22/12/14 and 22/03/15, and utility bills are around 10 pound a week which are taken by direct debit at the beginning of every month so apporx £40. The contract is terminated on the 30th june 2015.
