If you haven't used it before you need to create an account.

I've registered, but I still receive an error that reads something similar to 'Account not recognised'

Oh thats strange :s-smilie:

Just reply to the email they sent you telling them your issue. They take a while to reply though cause they're quite busy. Still trying to find out whats happening with my accommodation because they sent me an email saying they'd made the offer, but when I logged in nothings changed.

im in purchas too, what flat/room?
I've had my offer, will be staying in a 6 bed house in park wood, had to log in online to view what i'd actually been allocated as it didnt show this on my phone, anyone else get park wood? (i'm in ellendon court)
