Look - as I said, I did not ask for an excercise regime. However, thanks for the all so helpful advice that my diet is the most important. How patronising. Most people who can bench 100kg know a bit about fitness, and I already briefly stated my typical regime. My diet isn't bad as it stands, matey.

KK if your diet is good then answer afew Qs

How many meals do you eat a day?
how many grams of complex carbs?
how many grams of protein (from quality sources)?
how many grams of healthy fats?

Sure steroids are a good idea, I mean they only massively increase your chances of stroke, heart attacks and cancer, not to mention shrinking your balls to the size of peanuts...

Now for my serious post to contribute to this thread.

Steroids do not cause nearly everything here that has been said.
They do not automatically bulk you up, you still have to workout and dedicate your time just as much. Your gains will only increase, is all.
Creatine is not the 'next best thing' but a good supplement nonetheless.

Once again, :rolleyes: at this entire thread.
You guys know they give steroids to people recovering from operations and stuff, right? I know that's in a medical environment given by specialists, but it';s not as black and white as "steroids are death-candy".
