AQA or Cgp revision guides?

I recommend the Collins AQA Revision Book for GCSE Science.

It contains both Core and Additonal, plus a built in Revision Workbook.
It's great.

I'm doing triple science, all the sciences seperatley. Will this be any use for me as I'm not sure what difference Additional science and core are

My school gave me these books for all of the sciences. This is the GCSE Chemistry one.

They're easy to understand for me and has the necessary content. I also used the CGP books, and I had the collins book, but in my opinion, CGP was better than the Collins book due to the fact that I liked the layout more and the content was easier to understand.

It only has Units 1 and 2, so it's for double.

But you can buy the same books separately for each science. These comes with all 3 units for each science as part of the triple science course.

Core Science is Unit 1. Additional Science is Unit 2. Both make Double Science.

For Triple. You do Unit 1 (Core), Unit 2 (Additional) and Unit 3, all in 9 exams at the end of Year 11. (3 for Biology, Chemistry and Physics).

Hey I'm doing my science Gcse with AQA and I'm not sure if I should revise from the actual AQA revision books as they are easy to memorize and understand but I feel like they miss out on some important things such as in Chemistry where it doesn't mention anything about how electrolysis works or why metals are soft and alloys are hard, whereas Cgp has all that but then I feel like it bambles on a bit and I don't like the way it's set up. I want to buy a Physics and Biology revision guide but don't want to waste my parents money if there isn't really that big of a difference between the two (and it's just me) :P

Based on your experience, which one should I buy?
