What do you think about the issue, after watching the video? Personally, I find the part about women taking career breaks to raise children very interesting. This is because it shows there isn't really discrimination occuring in that instance, but life choices which affect job progression.

Why is society pushing women into being wage slaves than mothers? This is exactly what's wrong with Western society and it's decline. Men and women will never be equal because there will always be a number of women that naturally want to be mothers than career women.
