Tips & Info on studying in Spain?

Hello everyone!

I've been checking scholarships and I'm probably going to do my masters in Spain in 2 years. These 2 years will make my work experience, Spanish language, and savings for the travel.
I'll probably take an Erasmus Mundus scholarship, so tuition fees will be covered.
However, I have no idea of the living costs & accommodation.
Anyone has any clue?

Extra info:The university offers accommodation in its hall but its more than 7000 Euros from september till june (My masters will be from september to september) and I felt it was too much.
Is there a chance to find a single room in some calm place over there at a lesser price? like around 300 Euros per month including utilities? It's in Bilbao.
Also, what about the living costs like food/phone/internet/transportation/ect. How much money do you think I need to expect to have monthly?
