Being called a gentleman by a girl good or bad?

So I was telling a couple of work colleagues that I took a girl out for the first time, and one guy asked 'did I shag her on first date' to which this girl piped up and said 'of course he didn't, Rich is a gentleman'
could this mean any possible interest?
Take her out on a first date and find out.
