Are the gentilla as dirty as we think?

I think that we have been conditioned to believe that penises and vaginae are dirty and that anyone who touches them are dirty, i.e people wouldn't shake the hand of a man who just touched his penis. Is there any proof that the penis/vagina is dirty?
