Problem with Accommodation login?

I've registered with a username and password, but I get an error reading:
'User not recognised'
This happens no matter what I do, and I just received an email saying my Accommodation offer will expire soon ! What do I do ;/

Change 'MyOffer' in the URL to 'MyAccommodation', it's a different Web portal

Thanks, did that. But now I'm clicking register after filling out my details and then it just refreshes back onto the same page?

When they replied to my e-mail, I was told to use another kind of student ID. You've got a Kent ID starting with 14, and I was mailed another number starting with 15.

Also I have noticed that Google Chrome and IE don't show the offer when I'm logged in. I had to use the Opera browser to be able to view it.

Although I saw your problem was already solved it might help other people who are experiencing problems regarding the accommodation portal :smile:
I can't find my Student ID starting with 14, where do I find this?
