How do I apply to uni if I am not doing all my A-Levels at one sixth-form?

I didn't do well in my maths AS so I have decided to do politics AS and A2(both in 1 year), through an online course then take the exam at a local college, so I can apply for university next year.
I haven't told my sixth form I am doing this they think I am continuing with my two A2-levels and doing another AS which I will stay on an extra year to complete.
I know I have to tell them at some point that I am applying to uni this year and that I am taking a course outside of school but I am scared that they could kick me out because I am not doing all my courses with them. HELP!

No your college cannot kick you out but you need to tell them!
