Like just the research as in the examples for your answers? You can use some of your section A research in part B but remember you're not limited to just e-commerce in section B so you can write about any business you want.

You need to identify examples which you can apply to to each topic, an example of this being Tesco's for Retrenchment, the CEO David Lewis (nicknamed Drastic Dave) decided to close down a number of stores in order to recover from the huge losses. (obviously go into more detail than that)
