The Russell Seal Gym

Can I get some opinions from anyone who has been inside?
I want to know what you do in there(in general, i.e. Olympic lifts, BBing, cardio) and then some information about people who lift there.

What are the peak times?
How did you find the free-weight section?
What's deadlifting like there?
Are the squat racks/ benches/ deadlifting area (?) often full?
Do they even have enough weight for some of the experienced lifters without annoying everyone else?

cheers

Basically busy as hell 9-19:00
Good but very hard to get a bench
4 purpose built platforms with plenty of barbells and square Deadlifts bars
6 squat racks, one barbell bench, squats usually pretty busy but bench not too bad as are the Deadlifts platforms.
Yeah, plenty of spare plates and dumb bells up to 60/70kg.

It's a great gym, but you have to go at unusual times unless you don't mind improvising your routine (I imagine not).
