CIE, Applied ICT, May/June 2014, Paper 4 [HELP]

Hi there, may I have practically answered and got every question right except for question 4. I am having trouble inserting the data/basically answering the whole question. I have tried to use to mark scheme to help me, but I still can not figure it out.

Any help would be much appreciated.
