Jobs that don't ask for criminal record check

I notice lot of jobs keep asking on application form to disclose any unspent criminal conviction.

I am a graduate with a bit of evil in me, I got a court fine for pushing a chav over and abusing a police officer( Pig) for sticking up for the chav scum.

Like to know your experiences in finding work, how often do they really check your background.
I am not going into teaching or accounting or anyone of those ones which ask for CBR check.

I am applying for very basic graduate jobs to lay low till my conviction becomes spent.
Trust me, your record is the least of your problems.

Your attitude stinks and you will struggle to get a job with it. Change that first, then worry about your record.
I'm pretty sure most jobs ask for you to declare if you've got criminal convictions; even working in a shop or an office require you to do so.

But how many of them really check.

It depends on the employer really; there's no point in lying either - that'll come back and bite you in the bum. Also employers prefer to know if their employees have a conviction especially for assault for reasons such as: what type of a character you are, whether you are a safety risk and for insurance purposes.
Farm jobs don't ask for anything, not even your tax code.
