What is quantitative and qualitative analysis of food???

I've got some questions to answer and I literally have no clue I've googled it but it comes up with experiments someone help?:colondollar:

Quantitative = how much stuff is in it
Qualitative = what kind of stuff is in it

so i'm trying to find out how much vitamin C is in several fruit juices so quantitative analysis of juice would be how much vitamin C is in it and qualitative would be that it has vitamin C in? thanks so much will give you a rep
