Got an email stating I will be allocated my first choice of accommodation which is The Coppice but I'm still awaiting allocation, same for anyone else?

have you all got unconditional offers? :s i have a conditional atm, just waiting for it to be unconditional since got all the grades i need etc. i have yet to receive an email though... but i did apply for my accomodation.. im starting to worry now haha!

I am going to Birmingham city as an erasmus student so they already allocate accommodation for me. As i know, approximately by the end of August you will get a response for the them.

Cheers for replying, I phoned them yesterday and was told because I live locally (well about 40 minutes away) that I probably wont hear back until end of August/start of September. I just hope I get accommodation in one of the halls (preferably the coppice or oscott gardens) as I know leaving in halls makes the university experience a million times better.

would love to know some people on my course or in my accommodation before i go!

I'm curious, any chance you live in Birmingham?

As I was told in email I would get first choice but told differently on phone.

i live in coventry, and i've just been told i've got a place in rowan.
do you have an unconditional then? what did they say on the phone?

Yeh I have unconditional, applied for accommodation the day applications were available but because I live Birmingham I'm unsure whether or not I will get accommodation in halls.

I'm unsure tbh, woman I spoke to on phone said the reason I haven't received an offer because I live locally but she did say that some people from Birmingham do get offers. I'm just waiting to hear back with what will hopefully be an offer for accommodation and preferably in the coppice or oscott gardens.

Did you get your offer today?

Oh right I see, hopefully you hear back pretty soon! And yewh I got my unconditional on Monday and ny allocation of accommodation on Wednesday so it was all pretty quick.
