HELP! Teacher refusing to raise my predicted A2 grade?
Hi guys, my history teacher is refusing to raise my A2 predicted grade to an A
........I achieved a mid B at AS exceeding their AS predicted grade (The same teacher predicted me a C for AS)
I'm struggling with illness (which I had all through AS too) and didn't attend many classes which is probably why.
What can I do to get it raised besides talking to the head? Thanks

Sorry to be a bit blunt, but the teacher is the one who knows your work best, and going and speaking to the head will just seem a bit childish, and it's unlikely to help. The best thing to do is just to work hard and get the A you want. Schools dont want a reputation for overpredicting, and predictions are generally in line with what you achieved at AS, so being predicted a B is not unreasonable, especially if your illness will be continuing.
