Trial adjourned till tomorrow because Oscar is "distressed".

Nel - prosecution - hasn't proven intent (apparently)

Culpable homicide (i. e manslaughter) jail sentence is 15 years with no minimum sentence.

Do you think Oscar is guilty of murder? or homicide?
