Happy to say that i've been offered a place at chester to study law. kinda wanna know from other people why they chose it and if i should make the choice to choose it as the uni i attend. i live in perth, Australia rn so i havent been able to visit the actual uni! help me out :smile:

I've visited chester on an open day and i've decided to put it as my insurance.
Umm the uni is smaller than others - which gives it a community feel.. it's just a bit bigger than my high school
The lecturers seemed very nice and helpful
The accommodation was good.. but as it is a small uni there isnt much accommodation :/ so according to their accommodation advisor a lot tend to live off campus.. but as you're coming from so far away you'd be guarenteed on campus accommodation :smile:

It has facilities such as.. 1 diner cafe a swimming pool a corner shop a gym....a book store...
It's a very pretty campus and chester as a city is like a 10 min walk away from the uni.. which is great. The city is lovely and has everything you'd need

The only thing i would say is be aware that the uni is small.. i wasn't aware of this until i visited.. but if you like a community feel then it's great.

I've not visited the open day but I did get an offer yesterday to do an LLB with criminology and I did some research at which uni and compared it with my other 4 and it has better statistics 46% got a 2:1 or above and only 15% don't continue to next year xx
