How is it that so many people have ucas tariffs above 700? 720 points is the highest you can get if you do IB.

Im an IB student. My tariff is 676 and UKCAT of 665 average. Will I even get an interview???

Either - chances are you will get an interview at both

(As long as you have 7A* at GCSE)

We have very similar stats - I applied to both

Nice! Yeah I got 9A* 1A 1B and 5As in AS!

So did you apply last year? Where else did you apply to??

Nope - I'm in Yr13
I have pretty much the same - 8A* 1A and 5As

I applied to Birmingham and St George's hbu ?

Can someone please tell me how the ucas tarrif works? Is it based on predicted a level grades? Or your as levels? Gcses? Or? I have never come across it before.
