Eligibility for tuition loan after OU

Hello!I've studied 4 modules with Open University but i didn't gain any qualification or any certificate from Open University.Now im planning to apply to a 'Brick' university for a full-time course for the year 2015/2016.Can you tell me if im eligible to apply for a tuition fee loan?Is it a problem that i have studied 4 module courses with Open University (although i got no qualification from OU)?

Anyone who had a similar experience???
If you were studying part-time this wouldn’t be considered as previous study because you didn’t get a qualification. If you and your new course are eligible, you will be able to apply for a Tuition Fee Loan.
